About
I’m Edward Kiledjian, a security and technology executive based in Ontario, Canada.
I work at the intersection of cybersecurity, resilience, privacy, compliance, artificial intelligence, and business strategy. My focus is on helping organizations manage risk, earn trust, and make better decisions in complex technology environments.
Since 2016, I’ve served as Global CISO and SVP for Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, and Resilience at OpenText — leading global programs across security, privacy, compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise resilience through a period of significant growth and transformation.
My work includes advising executive teams and boards, building global security capabilities, strengthening operational resilience, and preparing organizations for emerging risks. I’m particularly interested in how AI is reshaping enterprise strategy, security operations, governance, and leadership.
This site is my working notebook. I write about security, AI, resilience, privacy, technology, and leadership — for executives, security leaders, technologists, and curious professionals who want practical signal in a noisy landscape. Some posts are short observations. Others are deeper analysis. The common thread is judgment: what matters, what is changing, and what leaders should pay attention to.
