The simple answer is that the tactical pen is a defense tool than can be considered concealed and that you can legally take anywhere with you.

CUBA to deploy public WIFI

CUBA's second largest city (Santiago de Cuba) will be getting public WIFI from the state owned ETECSA telecom company. Prior to this development, citizens and visitors have had to use internet cafe provided workstations to access the internet. This means that users will now be able to use their own devices to browse the internet.
